Definition of the Term “Securities.” For all purposes relating to the Notes, the term “Securities” in Section 1.01 of the Original Indenture shall be amended by inserting the following at the end thereof: “All references herein to any Securities shall be deemed to include the rights of the Holder thereof under any standby purchase agreement or guarantee arrangement entered into by Petrobras with the Trustee in connection with the issuance of such Securities pursuant to Section 3.14 hereof, which are an integral part of such Securities.”
