On October 29, 2015, Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. (“Pinnacle”) issued a press release announcing the “Results of Operations and Financial Condition” for the third quarter ended September 30, 2015. A copy of this press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
