Severance. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein the Executive Committee may in its sole and exclusive discretion, determine that the Accounts of a Participant who has incurred, a Termination of Employment and who receives or will receive severance payments from the Company shall be paid in installments, at such intervals as the Executive Committee may decide.
