Time and Form of Payment for distributions upon death or Disability. In the event of death or Disability prior to Retirement or Termination of Employment, the Company shall pay the entire Deferral Account balance, including all remaining Sub-Account balances in a single lump sum to the Participant (in the event of Disability) or to the Beneficiary (in the event of death). In the event of death or Disability after Retirement, the Company shall continue to pay benefits in the same amounts and at the same time(s) as if the Participant had not died or become disabled; except that, in the case of death, such payments shall be paid to the Beneficiary.
