Item 1.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
We entered into an amendment to our secured hedged inventory credit facility, effective April 20, 2005, to increase the facility by $75 million, for a total capacity of $500 million. The facility is an uncommitted working capital facility, used to finance the purchase of hedged crude oil inventory for storage when market conditions warrant.
