Principal Financial Group, Inc. Declares Dividend on Common Stock
Principal Financial Group, Inc. (NYSE: PFG) announced today that its
Board of Directors has declared an annual dividend of $0.50 per share,
payable on Dec. 4, 2009, to shareholders of record as of Nov. 13, 2009.
This is an 11 percent increase from the $0.45 annual dividend declared
on October 11, 2008.
