Recent practices with respect to stock-based compensation under the 1999 Plan is presented elsewhere in this Proxy Statement and in our financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2008. The adoption of the 2009 EIP would not restrict us from adopting other plans providing for grants of equity-based compensation or cash-based incentive awards in the future.
