Section 13.1 Notice to Corporation Any notice, request or other communication to be given to Corporation by a holder of Exchangeable Shares shall be in writing and shall be valid and effective if given by mail (postage prepaid) or by telecopy or delivery to the principal executive offices of Corporation or at such other reasonable place as may be specified by the Board of Directors by notice to the holders of Exchangeable Shares, and addressed to the attention of the president. Any such notice, request or other communication, if given by mail, telecopy, facsimile or delivery, shall only be deemed to have been given and received upon actual receipt thereof by Corporation. |
