The ability of the Company to pay dividends is dependent on the transfer of accumulated earnings from these subsidiaries. The Company is not currently aware of any significant restrictions that would inhibit its ability to pay dividends should it choose to do so, although the Companys current intention is to re-invest the unremitted earnings of its foreign subsidiaries.
