Legal Dispute with Nokia ends Nokia and Qualcomm have ender their legal dispute and have agreed to a 15 year agreement on an overall rate structure for licensing and royalties. The agreement promises to help facilitate innovation going forward and ends the unhealthy tension between the two companies. QCOM Reported Q32008 Earnings Qualcomm, Inc reported third quarter 2008 earnings of $0.45 per share. This missed last year's third quarter results of $0.47 per share by 3.4%.
