announced today that the board of directors of its general partner has
declared a cash distribution of $.39 per common unit for the 2009 third
quarter, a 5.4% increase from the previous quarter. This distribution will
be paid November 13, 2009 on all common units to holders of record as of
the close of business on November 3, 2009.
Quicksilver Gas Services expects to announce its financial results for the
third quarter of 2009 on Monday November 9, 2009, before the market opens.
The company will host a conference call for investors and analysts at 10:00
a.m. eastern time that day to discuss the operating and financial results.
