Fair Value of Financial Instruments
The carrying amounts of the Companys financial instruments, which include cash equivalents, investments, accounts receivable, accounts payable and other accrued expenses, approximate their fair values due to the short term nature of these instruments. Based on borrowing rates currently available to the Company for loans with similar terms, the carrying value of notes payable approximates their fair value.
