Purchase Price.  The purchase price (the "Purchase Price") to be paid by Purchaser to Seller for the Property acquired pursuant to this Agreement shall be Six Million and No/100 Dollars ($6,000,000.00).  Except as otherwise set forth herein, the Purchase Price shall be due and payable in cash at the Closing (as hereinafter defined) of the Property.
