Sale Offer.  The execution of this Agreement by Seller constitutes an offer to sell the Property.  Unless this Agreement is accepted by Purchaser and a fully executed copy, along with the Initial Earnest Money, is delivered to the title company on or before 5:00 p.m., May 12, 2008, the offer set forth in this Agreement shall be automatically revoked and terminated.
