aggregate principal amount outstanding at any one time not to exceed $150.0 million; provided that such Sale and Leaseback Transactions or Real Estate Financing Transactions may involve Property other than real property (and the related personal property) owned on or after the Issue Date to the extent the portion of the Debt related to such Property is permitted by another provision of this Section 4.03 at the time of Incurrence;

 

(r) Debt in respect of Sale and Leaseback Transactions that are not Capital Lease Obligations Incurred to finance the acquisition, construction and development of Property after the Issue Date, including additions and improvements thereto; provided that any reclassification of such Debt as a Capital Lease Obligation shall be deemed an Incurrence of such Debt;
