Code of Business Conduct

The Board of Directors has adopted a code of business conduct and a code of ethics. The code of business conduct applies to all of our employees, officers and directors. The code of ethics is in addition to our code of business conduct and applies to our chief executive officer and senior financial officers, including our principal financial officer and principal accounting officer. The full texts of our codes of business conduct and ethics are posted on our website at www.riverbed.com in the Investor Relations section.
