As discussed during the earnings call held on February 7, 2013 by Riverbed Technology, Inc. (“Riverbed”), Steven McCanne, Ph.D., has resigned as Chief Technology Officer and as a member of Riverbed’s Board of Directors.

Riverbed and its Board of Directors thank Dr. McCanne for his contributions to Riverbed’s success and wish him well with his future endeavors.
