This excerpt taken from the RVBD 10-Q filed Apr 27, 2007. WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, Landlord wishes to demise and let unto Tenant, and Tenant wishes to hire and take from Landlord, on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth herein, the premises as shown on Exhibit “A” attached hereto and made a part hereof on the twenty-first (21st) floor (Suite 2134) of the building that is known by the street address of One Penn Plaza, New York, New York 10119 (such premises being collectively referred to herein as the “Premises”; such building being referred to herein as the “Building”; the Building, together with the plot of land on which the Building is constructed, being collectively referred to herein as the “Real Property”).
