The Company recognized a non-cash impairment charge of $18 million before taxes in the second quarter of 2004 to write-down the carrying value of its Newark facility from its net book value of approximately $33 million to the estimated fair value of approximately $15 million. Self-Insurance. The Company self insures certain of its workers compensation and general liability risks as well as certain of its health insurance plans.
