On March 16, 2005, the Company issued a press release regarding the Company’s sales and earnings results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended January 29, 2005, and its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended January 31, 2004. Those results reflected expected adjustments in the Company’s lease accounting in response to recent SEC communications. Subsequent to the March 16, 2005 press release, the Company revised the adjustments related to lease accounting. These revised adjustments are reflected in the Company’s Form 10-K filed on April 14, 2005.
