“Traffic” means any traffic outgoing from the Operator’s network to the network of Rostelecom, which

1) is not related to rendering by Rostelecom or other long-distance and international telecommunication operators of long-distance and international telecommunication services to Users (i.e. traffic from mobile telecommunication operators, the Operator’s service sites).

1.4. “Traffic admission Services” means the service of the long-distance end of call in other operator’s networks rendered by Rostelecom to the Operator concerning the Traffic.
