Economic Incentives. The State of Oregon, Lane County, and the City of Springfield have awarded Tenant economic and business incentives in order to locate its customer contact/call center on the Premises. Some of those incentives may be awarded to Landlord as the owner of the Premises. The parties agree that the incentives are solely for the benefit of Tenant and Landlord shall pass through to Tenant the benefit of any and all economic and business incentives awarded to Landlord from state and local governments as a result of Tenant’s occupancy of the Premises, including but not limited to real and personal property tax abatements. Landlord makes no representations or warranties as to the amount or availability of any such incentives.
