Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, Inc. (Nasdaq: RUTH) is an owner, operator, and franchiser of upscale steakhouses. The company was founded in 1965 in New Orleans and there are now 121 locations. Of these, the eleven non-US locations are in Mexico, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Tokyo and Canada.

In February 2008, RUTH acquired Mitchell's Fish Market for approximately $92.0 million [1].
