14.  Related party transactions

We have related party relationships with our subsidiaries, directors and senior key management personnel. All transactions with subsidiaries eliminate on consolidation and are not disclosed.

There were no related party transactions that have taken place in the six month period ended September 30, 2009 that materially affected the financial position or the performance of the Company during that period and there were no changes in the related party transactions described in the 2009 Annual Report that could have a material effect on the financial position or performance of the Company in the same period.

The Company has not entered into any “related party transactions” as defined in Item 7.B. of Form 20-F in the three fiscal years ending March 31, 2009 or in the period from March 31, 2009 to the date hereof.
