This Code contains a description of the general rules for conducting the business of the Company consistent with the highest standards of business ethics. It is important that we understand and adhere to these standards and those contained in the Policies.

This Code is not a contract of employment and does not create any contractual rights of any kind between the Company, its corporate directors, officers or employees or between the Company and third parties. Moreover, unless a Company employees terms and conditions of employment are governed by a collective bargaining agreement, employment with the Company is on an at will basis. This means that an employee may terminate his or her employment at any time for any reason and similarly, the Company may terminate an employees employment at any time for any reason, or for no reason at all. The Company, in its sole discretion, may modify the terms of the Code and its related Policies, without prior notice, at any time. Such modifications shall immediately become effective with respect to all Company employees.
