Between Communicom Co., of America, L.P., a Colorado Limited Partnership (hereinafter called the Grantor(s), of the one part),
And Edward G. Atsinger III, not individually but solely as Trustee of the Atsinger Family Trust u/t/d October 31, 1980, as amended on August 9, 1982 and June 16, 1992, and Stuart W.
