In the event that the Company terminates the Executive’s employment hereunder for Cause, the Termination Date shall be the date specified in the notice of termination for Cause delivered by the Company to the Executive.  In the event that the Executive terminates his employment hereunder without Good Reason, the Termination Date shall be no earlier than 30 days following the date on which a notice of termination is delivered

In the event that the Company terminates the Executive’s employment hereunder for Cause, the Termination Date shall be the date specified in the notice of termination for Cause delivered by the Company to the Executive.  In the event that the Executive terminates his employment hereunder without Good Reason, the Termination Date shall be no earlier than 30 days following the date on which a notice of termination is delivered

(f)                                    Without Cause; For Good Reason. The Executive’s employment may be terminated during the Employment Period:

 

(ii)          by the Executive without Good Reason (as defined below).

 

In the event that the Company terminates the Executive’s employment hereunder for Cause, the Termination Date shall be the date specified in the notice of termination for Cause delivered by the Company to the Executive.  In the event that the Executive terminates his employment hereunder without Good Reason, the Termination Date shall be no earlier than 30 days following the date on which a notice of termination is delivered
