LAS VEGAS, NV -- (Marketwire) -- 02/09/12 -- This week Aerius International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AERS) signed a marketing agreement with a company in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates to sell Aerius phones in the Arabian Peninsula, population over 78 million.
Aerius phones deliver 2 to 4 more hours of battery life than other phones because FCC tests have shown they reduce SAR, the specific absorption rate of handset power loss into users, 99.4%. Therefore, Aerius phones draw far less power from their batteries.
Aerius won the 2009 Frost & Sullivan Green Technology Award because Aerius technology equipped handsets can reduce power consumption over 50%, double their range, and increase battery life 2 to 4 hours.
"Following World Health Organization reports that cell phone radiation absorbed by users can cause brain cancer, and the fact that Aerius eliminates that cause 99.4%, cell phone users worldwide want Aerius phones," said Bill Luxon, Aerius CEO.
Aerius VP of Sales, Chuck Closterman also reports, "Cell phone buyers say if you put two phones side by side, they have similar features, and one gives you 2 to 4 more hours of battery life and eliminates radiation absorption into the user, it's a no-brainer which one consumers will buy. That's why we have carriers and major retailers in the US and EU who want the phones."
