Art Oswald Hired to Run Research Sales and Boston Office for Susquehanna Financial Group

NEW YORK, Oct. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Susquehanna Financial Group, LLLP (SFG), the institutional broker-dealer member of the Susquehanna International Group of Companies (SIG), announced today the hiring of Art Oswald as its new Head of Research Sales. Mr. Oswald will also serve as head of SFG's Boston office and regional sales manager.

Mr. Oswald has twenty-four years of experience in the financial services industry and brings a wealth of institutional knowledge from industry leaders Merrill Lynch and JP Morgan Securities. He began his career at CJ Lawrence, where he was a junior partner in the firm prior to its buyout in 1986. At JP Morgan, Mr. Oswald served as director and helped build the firm's overall presence in the Boston area. Joining Merrill in 1999, Mr. Oswald was a managing director for the firm, heading up its regional equity sales effort in Boston. In addition to Mr. Oswald's industry experience, he recently served as the chairman of Conversion Associates, a company focused on digital marketing and analytics, where he was responsible for the firm's strategic direction, finance and business development. Mr. Oswald earned his MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.
