Equity in Net Loss of Affiliate. Equity in net loss of affiliate includes our share of SIRIUS Canada’s net loss. We recorded $0 and $4,445 for the nine months ended September 30, 2007 and 2006, respectively, for our share of SIRIUS Canada’s net loss.

          As of September 30, 2007, our investment in SIRIUS Canada was $0 as we fully recognized our share of SIRIUS Canada’s net loss to the extent we have funded it. We do not expect to recognize future net losses unless we commit to additional funding.
