NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 08/04/09 -- Shalov Stone Bonner & Rocco LLP announces that a class action lawsuit has been filed on behalf of purchasers of the common stock of Skilled Healthcare Group, Inc., ("Skilled Healthcare" or the "Company") (NYSE: SKH) common stock between May 14, 2007 and June 9, 2009, inclusive (the "Class Period"). Also included are persons who purchased Skilled Healthcare Class A common stock pursuant and/or traceable to the Company's Initial Public Offering ("IPO").
