Sohu.com’s portal consists of sophisticated Chinese language Web navigational capabilities, 31 main content channels, Web-based communications and community services and short messaging services. Each of our interest-specific main channels contains multi-level sub-channels that cover a comprehensive range of topics, including news, business, entertainment and sports. We also offer free Web-based e-mail services. We offer a universal registration system, whereby a user that has registered for our e-mail service is automatically registered for our chat, bulletin board and other services. Our portal attracts consumers and merchants alike because it is designed to meet the specific needs and interests of Internet users in China.
