(“Sohu”) will cease selling consumer products to its users through its e-commerce platform at store.sohu.com. The Company has historically sold consumer products, such as books, health care products, videos, music and computer equipment, and provided delivery services for such products through its e-commerce platform. Following the cessation of this business on June 20, 2006, Sohu expects to continue offering its users the ability to purchase such products from a third party vendor by displaying click through advertisements to such vendor’s e-commerce website on Sohu’s websites.
