These pro forma results have been prepared for comparative purposes only and do not purport to be indicative of what operating results would have been had the acquisition actually taken place on January 1, 2003, and may not be indicative of future operating results. Unaudited pro forma net income has not been included as this financial information for the pre-acquisition period is not available for the 17173.com and Focus.cn Websites.
