We are a relatively new company subject to the risks associated with operating in a new and evolving market.

 

As a fairly young company in the new and rapidly evolving PRC Internet market, we face numerous risks and uncertainties. Some of these risks relate to our ability to:

 

  •   continue to attract a larger audience to our portal by expanding the type and technical sophistication of the content and services we offer;

 

  •   maintain our current, and develop new, strategic relationships to increase our revenue streams as well as product and service offerings; and

 

  •   increase the revenues derived from our fee-based services and products we offered online;
