We recently moved our Beijing head office to Beijing Zhongguancun Science Park. This move may adversely affect our business in a number of ways, including the following:

 

  •   Our previous office was located in the mid-eastern part of Beijing, which is a well-developed business district and attracts many well-known international companies. Our new office is in the northwestern part of Beijing, which is a newly-developed area and lacks abundant business facilities. This may cause inconvenience to our business associates when they visit Sohu.
