Heitzman's Communication Solutions (HCS) unveiled the 2010 second edition of TOP 100 which recognizes the nation's top Hispanic executives within the information technology industry. This year's TOP 100 were chosen out of more than 4000 IT professionals. The nominees were selected by an independent four-member panel of judges.
