edit God isn't making any more land

JOE owns a ton of Florida land, most of which is less than 25 miles from the ocean. It is being slammed like a home builder, when in fact it doesn't have unsellable homes rotting on abandoned lots. It owns the near zero maintenance land.

  1. 1 There is no more land to be made/discovered. (like commodities)
  2. 2 The aging US demographics ensure a huge influx of new Florida residents, those that want to retire close to the water.
  3. 3 People are living longer, reducing resales (all else being equal)
  4. 4 The price of housing is correcting, land, not so much.

Buy it, sit on it for 2 years. $60
