The Standard Launches New Retirement Savings Campaigns

Standard Retirement Services ("The Standard"), a subsidiary of StanCorp Financial Group, Inc. (NYSE: SFG), has launched two new retirement savings campaigns designed to appeal to retirement plan participants. The campaigns help promote enrollment, increase contributions and motivate ongoing asset allocation review.
The Standard’s 401-yay!SM campaign targets 401(k) plan participants, while Rethink Retirement! targets participants in non-401(k) plans, such as 403(b) plans. Materials may be used in conjunction with the upcoming National Save for Retirement Week, which runs Oct. 18-24. This special week was recently established by Congress to help increase personal financial literacy and raise awareness of the retirement savings vehicles available to workers, including public- and private-sector employees, employees of tax-exempt organizations and self-employed individuals.
