13. Stockholders’ Equity

The Company’s preferred stock is convertible at the option of the holder at any time (unless previously redeemed) into shares of common stock at a conversion of 1.14175 shares of common stock for each share of preferred stock. At December 31, 2008 and 2007, treasury stock consisted of 1,208,857 and 1,148,031 shares of common stock, respectively.
