On June 1, 2012, Suburban Propane Partners, L.P. announced that it has extended the consent date of its previously announced private exchange offers and consent solicitations for certain notes issued by Inergy, L.P. and Inergy Finance Corp. to 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on June 7, 2012.
