Susquehanna’s Board of Directors has adopted a Code of Ethics which outlines the principles, policies and laws that govern the activities of Susquehanna, and establishes guidelines for conduct in the workplace. The Code of Ethics applies to directors as well as employees, including senior financial officers. Every director and employee is required to read and comply with the Code of Ethics.
