Non-current assets held for sale Non-current assets, and groups of assets, are reclassified as held for sale when a sale within one year is highly probable and the assets are available for immediate sale in their present condition. Property, plant and equipment and Intangible assets held for sale are remeasured at the lower of fair value less costs to sell or the carrying amounts at the date they meet the held for sale criteria.
