  1 The General Meeting of Shareholders subject to the legal provisions shall determine the allocation of profit shown on the balance sheet. The Board of Directors shall submit its proposals to the General Meeting of Shareholders.
       
    2 In addition to statutory reserves, additional reserves may be accrued.
       
    3 Dividends not claimed within five years after the due date shall remain with the Company and be allocated to the general reserves.
