What:        TIBCO Spotfire Director of Life Sciences, Dr. Michael
             O'Connell, will present a session titled 'Graphics for
             Exploratory Analysis and Reporting in Clinical Trials' at
             the Biopharmaceutical Applied Statistics Symposium (BASS XVI)
             next week.

             Session Overview: Clinical trials are complex. With so many
             safety and efficacy endpoints, and information that must be
             summarized and disseminated to a variety of stakeholders,
             graphics can help promote better science and more effective
             communication. Dr. O'Connell will discuss how clinical
             graphics and interactive data review methods can be used to
             identify safety signals, assess protocol adherence and help
             with the analysis and reporting of safety and efficacy data.

             Session attendees will learn:
             -- The difference between exploratory and reporting graphics
                and how this impacts the analysis of clinical trials.
             -- The various graph types available from TIBCO Spotfire for
                use in exploratory analysis and the reporting of safety and
                efficacy data.
             -- How end users can create their own graphics and
                interactively review templates and share them for use on
                clinical trial data across a variety of functional areas.
