TNK-BP Holding OAO (TNK-BP Holding OJSC) is a Russia-based vertically integrated oil company. The Company was formed between 2004 and 2005 through a process of restructuring and accession of TBH heritage companies, TNK, Sidanco and ONAKO, and their respective subsidiaries. The Company is a subsidiary of TNK-BP Limited located in the British Virgin Islands. It operates in various Russia's hydrocarbon regions, including the Tyumen, Khanty-Mansiysk, Yamal-Nenetsk and Novosibirsk Regions of West Siberia; the Orenburg and Saratov Regions and the Republic of Udmurtia of the Volga-Urals; the Irkutsk Region in East Siberia, and Sakhalin in the Far East. TNK-BP operates four refineries in Russia and one in Ukraine. The Company sells its products, mostly crude oil and petroleum products, on the domestic market, as well as exports them to Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States countries. [1]
