TELUS Corporation (Telus) is a leading Canadian telecom service provider based in Burnaby, British Columbia (with executive offices in Vancouver). The company is the incumbent local exchange carrier (ILEC) in British Columbia, Alberta and part of Quebec. The company is the second largest telecom carrier in Canada (the largest in western Canada) and provides wireless, wireline, and Internet communications services for voice and data to businesses and consumers. The company recently launched Telus TV, a new initiative to provide video and broadcast services to customers in selected markets.

As of September 30, 2007, the company had 4.4 million network access lines (40.0% business lines), 5.4 million wireless subscribers (80% postpaid), and 1.2 million Internet customers (994,000 high-speed internet). In the third quarter of 2007, revenue by key business segments was as follows: Wireline (52%) and Wireless (48%).
