“Member”—The signatories to this Agreement (including the Managing Member), or any other Person who in the future shall execute and deliver this Agreement, or other documents as the Class A Members deems necessary or appropriate to evidence such Person’s agreement to be admitted as a Member and be bound by the terms and conditions of the Certificate and this Agreement, and be admitted to the LLC as a new Member pursuant to the provisions hereof.
