  Margins don't matter without revenue

Despite the fact that TBL has regained control of the gross profit margin, revenues have slid more than 5% the last two fiscal years. This is not aided by the fact that the European segment was the only segment to increase its percentage of total revenue for '09. Timberland's European segment has increased its percentage of total revenue to just over 41%, almost as much as the entire North American segment. Watch for total revenue to fall again this year as the Euro struggles to regain its footing.
