On March 31, 2009 we reduced our work force to three employees. The three remaining employees, our Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Vice President and General Counsel will assist the Board of Directors in assessing and completing any possible strategic transaction. In the event we receive funding for continued development of our product candidates we may not be able to attract and retain quality personnel on acceptable terms given the competition for such personnel among biotechnology, pharmaceutical and other companies.
